Associate Creative Director, Performance Marketing

Skills
- Experience in creative-focused agency or in-house at a leading brand
- Solid understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing trends
- Knowledge of performance metrics and analytics platforms
- Experience developing campaigns across various ad platforms
Responsibilities
- Partner with growth marketing team to ideate and optimize campaigns
- Help build a pipeline of fresh and optimized ad creatives
- Deliver feedback to internal creative team and external agency partners
- Conduct creative analysis and iterate on strategy
- Serve as a cross-functional partner working directly with various teams
- Manage and source external agencies for creative development
