About the team + role

The Retirement team’s mission is to help more people reach their Retirement goals through products that help them save and invest more money.

As the product leader for the Retirement team, you will join a team of extremely talented and passionate engineers, designers and partners who care deeply about breaking the status quo and reinventing saving for life’s biggest goal. The team is responsible for the award winning Robinhood Retirement product - the first-ever & only retirement account to offer a deposit match on every dollar saved.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists and marketers to better understand our customers and their most pressing needs.
  • Establish & execute on a product vision and strategy for the team and growing the Retirement & long-term investing business.
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, operations, finance, and more to ensure products are built the right way.
  • Deliver products on time with an extremely high quality bar.
  • Launch delightful and trendsetting consumer experiences.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of product management experience building high-quality products.
  • Strong product sense, business acumen, analytical & communication skills.
  • A strong sense of urgency and speed.
  • High standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same.
  • Delight in bringing innovation and impact to customers, particularly in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Experience in fintech & consumer products is a plus but is not required.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
