Manage key enterprise accounts at executive and operational levels
Drive product utilization and expansion through onboarding, training, and support
Serve as primary point of escalation for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
Analyze product performance data to develop new strategies and pitch clients on opportunities
Oversee a team of customer success managers and ensure individual growth and goal attainment
Chart, support, and measure account expansion and performance
