Senior Product Manager, Growth Team

Rockbot is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their Growth team. The ideal candidate will help develop and iterate on self-serve customer experiences to turbocharge the growth of the subscription business. Strong track record in developing and implementing successful PLG experiences is required.

Skills

7+ years of experience in building successful products and experiences
Data-driven with the ability to understand the impact of work
Comfortable breaking down big problem areas into strategies
Familiarity with subscription billing platforms and CRM
MBA from a top-tier school is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Define and articulate the growth team's product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Partner with various teams to execute the product roadmap focusing on quality and timeliness
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and competitive landscape
Design and implement testing processes and experimentation framework
Develop familiarity with media products and plan growth strategies accordingly
