Salesforce Project Manager

Rocket Lawyer is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to enhance and optimize their Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce experience and a strong relationship-building skill set to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

Experience in change management
Technical documentation experience

Responsibilities

Define, manage and own SFDC roadmap for Support, Sales and fulfillment functions.
Facilitate Salesforce design projects and ongoing optimization efforts.
Evaluate current implementation and lead efforts to optimize customer experience.
Create platform roadmap and define priorities through stakeholder meetings.
Own communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
Lead new user and ongoing user training.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
