Rockstar Games is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join the Core Tech: Online Tooling team and collaborate with multiple teams to enhance internal systems and tools.

Skills

Experience in HCI, UX/UI Design
Collaboration with stakeholders
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch App
Strong analysis and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

Assisting in defining user needs and functional requirements for internal tools and platforms
Designing new and intuitive workflows to meet product needs
Contributing to UX/UI best practice guidelines

Education

Bachelor's degree in Design or Psychology (preferred)
