Job Description
This important position of the Training Coordinator is to oversee all professional development for Asset Management and Reliability (AMR) resources. You will be key in our strategy to support the Maintenance and Engineering groups at our customer's plants. You will be working with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. You are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs. You will oversee all professional development for AMR resources and report to the North American AMR Commercial Contract Delivery Manager and be remote.
Main Responsibilities:

Map out annual training plans for Program managers, contracts Delivery Leaders, Asset Management Leaders, and Professionals, and others yet identified.

Develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)

Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)

Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.

Conduct company-wide training needs assessment and identify skills gaps that need to be addressed.

Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques.

Design, prepare and maintain educational aids and materials.

Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.

Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.

Partner with team members and liaise with experts regarding instructional design.

Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.

Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts

Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree

Desired Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience combined in AMR or training.

Proficient knowledge of Rockwell Automation Asset Management Transactional Reliability processes and technologies

Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting

Adequate knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation

Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools

Demonstrated knowledge of the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, and evaluate)

Familiarity with traditional and contemporary training methods and techniques

Knowledge of e-learning platforms
