Job Description
In this newly created position, reporting to the Director of Global Lead to Revenue, you will assess current Opportunity to Revenue practices to Identify improvement opportunities, define, and activate new processes globally, and define metrics.
The global O2R team leads the strategy, path to execution, and critical partner collaboration to accelerate our ability to identify and report on key metrics and performance tied to revenue related KPIs. Responsibilities will also include integrating new acquisitions into a standardized O2R framework.
We ask that you understand sales, partner, and marketing processes and technology systems that work together. You will use CRM (Customer Relationship Management), marketing automation, sales enablement, CMS, and BI reports to define processes to improve sales, partner, and marketing processes. You will develop data-driven strategies to maximize performance, accelerating business. You will also partner O2R with sales leadership to influence and encourage discipline around sales and marketing data hygiene.
You will:

Champion the O2R process.

Maintain and govern the waterfall definitions use
-
Champion SLAs (Service Level Agreement) on O2R points of handoff and expectations of handling at each stage of the waterfall. Develop, monitor, and govern process performance metrics as defined in the SLAs
.

Management of the O2R governance council to ensure any process-related issues or process conformance are prioritized and addressed.

Formulate a data strategy that allows for the unification, management, and governance of the contact and account data used by product, marketing, sales, and customer experience/engagement.

Challenge legacy procedures that complicate the target-to-renewal processes. Partner with cross-organizational colleagues to creatively construct new processes grounded in sound analysis.

Resolve operational barriers and challenges with internal partners to O2R optimizations.

Partner with product and industry marketing teams to best understand segmentation and market potential efforts align with sales.

Guide and gain agreement for re-engineering business processes across all O2R stages.

Define requirements (both system and data) and justifications to change the process or associated tools to submit to marketing/commercial operations for release negotiation.

Develop change management communications plans, messaging, and process onboarding/updates across all O2R enhancements and waterfall/lead management strategies.

Measurement and analysis of O2R waterfall performance to identify process breaks for correction and opportunities for optimizations.

Guide the integration of acquired companies into the O2R process.
You Will Have:

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience in marketing and sales.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or a related field, with focus on leads or opportunity to revenue.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
We'd love to see:

Understanding of Forrester opportunity waterfall or similar methodologies.

Proven record managing cross-functional teams and projects.

3+ years of experience in process improvement and change management.

Experience with B2B sales and marketing processes and technologies.

Understanding of project management tools, CRM systems, data analytical tools, and marketing automation.

For this role, the base salary compensation is from $117,200.00 - 175,800.00 Annual with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits can be found
here
. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education & experience.
