Dealing with the most sensitive data in the world: client data from the largest financial services companies on earth.
Working past the edge of published AI research: tackling problems beyond the complexity of existing AI benchmarks.
Unsolved product, architectural, and business problems: natural language interfaces, prohibitively expensive evaluation of models, massive marginal costs, versioning/training/segregating models per task, client, and so on.
This position will report directly to the VP Sales, working closely with Business Operations & Post-sales to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to open opportunities in new organizations
Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for target accounts
Build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, from users to C-Suite
Articulate Rogo's value proposition and conduct product demonstrations
Develop account and territory plans to maximize revenue opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Contribute to sales playbook development and process refinement
Experience
3+ years in a quota carrying sales role
Proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably in financial services
Experience in outbound selling motions

Technical knowledge (ability to explain complex concepts like transformer models)
Experience working at or selling into investment banks or private equity/credit
