Your role

Are you ready to lead financial strategy and make a lasting impact at a rapidly growing tech company? As the Head of Finance at RoomPriceGenie, you'll be the driving force behind our financial operations, guiding us through scaling, fundraising, and strategic growth. You'll work closely with our COO and CEO, board, and investors to shape the future of our company while building and leading a high-performance finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead all finance and accounting activities at RoomPriceGenie, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans that support RoomPriceGenie’s growth and operational goals.

• Serve as a key business partner to the COO, providing insights to drive the company's vision forward.

• Maintain strong relationships with the board of directors, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

• Oversee finance systems, processes, and controls to ensure reliable and predictable financial outcomes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support decision-making and align financial strategies with business objectives.

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in finance, ideally within software or SaaS technology companies.

• Strong operational finance experience with prior hands-on responsibility in areas such as Legal, IT, and G&A functions.

• Track record of structuring and implementing systems to ensure highly-reliable financial outcomes.

• Experience in evaluating and enhancing business models and key performance metrics.

• Expertise in FP&A, with deep understanding of financial forecasting, planning, and analysis.

• Familiarity with raising and structuring deals, including debt and equity.

• Experience managing cross-border transactions and establishing international company locations.

• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with proven success in building high-performance teams.

Personal Qualifications:

• Strategic thinker who can develop long-term vision while being a hands-on contributor.

• Strong leadership presence, with the ability to be a trusted partner to the COO.

• Detail-oriented with an excellent understanding of the critical numbers that drive the business.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build credibility quickly both internally and externally.

• High energy, ethical standards, and integrity.

• A team player who fosters a culture of open communication and constructive feedback.

• Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to attract, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
