User Acquisition Manager - Offline

Job Description: We're seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Assistant / Appointment Setter to help us secure new clients on Upwork. Your primary role will be to search for and apply to job postings on Upwork, as well as schedule appointments with prospective clients. While the process follows established templates, it requires careful manual execution to ensure accuracy and success. Responsibilities:Identify and apply to relevant job postings on UpworkSchedule appointments with prospective clientsMaintain and update application templates as neededTrack and report on application outcomes and client engagementRequirements:Proven experience on UpworkExcellent communication skillsDetail-oriented and organizedTerms:Type of Work: Part-time, freelance.Duration: Long-term collaboration.Location: Remote.Hours: Flexible however it's important to be available for at least 60-75% of the US working hours. Approximately 20 hours per week to start with.
