The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Operations Excellence Director in Rochester, NY, where daily functions will include preparing board reports and presentations, attending meetings and taking minutes, processing expense reports, making international travel arrangements, and managing complex calendars and schedules.
This will also provide the opportunity of contributing to our Customer Support team by providing customer service to customers by taking incoming calls, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing required information thus enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
