RPA is an independent advertising agency in Santa Monica, CA, focusing on a People First philosophy. They seek an Assistant Planner for their Strategy team to support client La-Z-Boy.

Skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Foundational mathematical skills

Responsibilities

Maintain recurring documents (monthly budgets & flowcharts)
Work with investment teams to manage timelines and ensure plans are accurate
Assist with ad hoc requests/projects such as competitive pulls
Help creating client presentations
Reconcile fee invoices and ensure billing accuracy and timeliness
Lead cross team communications for timely project completion

Education

Relevant courses related to marketing/media
Internships or prior agency experience preferred
