Proficiency in MS Office

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Curiosity to explore a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources

Responsibilities

Support recruiters in internship recruiting process
Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants
Learn basic interviewing techniques from senior recruiters and line managers
Research different colleges/universities for college relations program
Prepare for school visits and events
Improve recruitment strategies and processes
Assist with special projects

Benefits
