Summary
We are seeking a passionate and driven Mid-Level Product Manager with deep expertise in commerce to join our dynamic Commerce Innovation (CI) team, part of RRD’s Digital Strategy & Commerce organization. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our online commerce platform. You will be responsible for collaborating on the product strategy and roadmap for a suite of e-commerce applications including RRD’s flagship application, Storefront, working closely with cross-functional teams in our agile development environment. This role will partner with Product Owners who work directly with development and delivery teams and lead prioritization efforts. Our team utilizes a guiding framework to define commerce capabilities, emphasizing a collaborative and communicative approach that incorporates insights from various business teams and aligns with our overall business strategy. The national pay range for this role is $74,600 to $132,500 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
