RR Donnelley is adding a Digital Account Manager to the team! As Digital Account Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our campaigns’ success. This role provides coordination, logistical and admin support for our campaigns in order to maximize value and results for our client’s campaigns and growth for our company. Through strategic execution and project management, the Account Manager ensure continuous support for campaigns to deliver as expected, from launch to landing.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Coordination
Responsible for collecting, reconciling and submitting client-provided campaign assets
Owns report creation across products and campaigns
Sets up dashboards for assigned accounts/campaigns
Assists with gathering final campaign insights and measurement results
Participates in account strategy and campaign-related brainstorming sessions and research projects
Insertion Order Creation
Creative oversight
Responsible for assigned-accounts’ IO creation and approvals
Submits creative requests to Graphic Services
Ensures final creative assets align with campaign scope
EXPERIENCE
0 - 2 years relevant experience in digital advertising (Required)
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Excellent communications skills, including the ability to produce exceptional work (written, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) independently and efficiently
Ability to excel in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires a fast learner and flexible thinker
Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills
Strong team player
RRD's current salary range for this role is $63,300 to $97,400/year. The salary range may be adjusted
based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the
future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and
compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency,
performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation
package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD’s benefit
offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with
company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental
