Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Position Description 

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at RubiconMD, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital and offline marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our target audience across various digital platforms. This dynamic role requires creativity, analytical thinking, marketing ops, and strong communication skills to help promote RubiconMD amongst primary care audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with the company's objectives and target audience needs.

  • Manage monthly content deployment for digital channels, including website, blog, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

  • Deploy paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram, A/B test

  • Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.

  • Support RMD Specialist Network Recruitment strategy to help drive growth of the RubiconMD Specialist Network.  

  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to segment audiences, automate email campaigns, nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, and communicate with our user database.

  • Schedule all organic social media posts in Hootsuite and share monthly performance analytics.

  • Monitor and analyze established KPIs to measure engagement, conversion, and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. 

  • Present quarterly reports on marketing performance and provide insights from data analysis for continuous improvement. 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies (AI-assisted), and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 7-10+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, inclusive of web, email, social, and paid media.

  • In-depth and current knowledge of SEO, email marketing, social media, content management, and marketing automation with the ability to “wear many hats.”

  • Experienced in multi-channel campaign planning and execution.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to promote brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Experience with Asana preferred.

  • Enthusiastic collaborator with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to bring a shared vision to life through digital marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various digital channels.

  • Experienced in the following tools; WordPress, YostSEO/SEMRush (or similar), Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Hootsuite (or similar), and Marketing Cloud. (Certifications are a plus!)

  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive data-based decision-making.

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $110,000-120,000 and we anticipate that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by the candidate’s unique combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. This role is also eligible for employee benefits and other compensation.
