We are seeking a skilled and passionate Digital Reputation and Crisis Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and enhance the online reputation of multiple companies within our group. With at least 3 years of proven experience in ORM and a track record of successful case management, you’ll play a key part in safeguarding and strengthening our brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Audit the online reputation of all group companies.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance and maintain a positive reputation.

  • Monitor and identify potential risks to the brand’s online presence.

  • Proactively monitor for copyright violations and unauthorized use of content.

  • Manage takedown procedures for violations.

  • Track brand mentions, reviews, and feedback using ORM tools.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Address negative reviews and comments to improve brand perception.

  • Engage with audiences to maintain a positive reputation.

  • Develop content to strengthen branding and online presence.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure alignment with the brand’s voice.

  • Prepare and execute plans for managing reputation crises.

  • Lead quick and effective responses during critical situations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online reputation management with successful cases.

  • Experience in copyright protection and brand defense.

  • Strong understanding of digital rights management.

  • Proven track record of handling multiple company profiles simultaneously (at least 1 is required, multiple is nice to have).

  • Strong understanding of ORM tools and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, review sites, and other online channels.

  • Ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences.

  • Crisis management and problem-solving skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) time zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
