Employee Resource Groups: We launched a Business Resource Group program to help promote and build a diverse and inclusive culture at DENSO. We have many groups across our affiliates supporting Women, People of Color, Latinos, Veterans and others. We thank the individuals who worked together to establish the initial charters and look forward to seeing this initiative expand.
Community Partnerships: DENSO has long supported organizations in local communities that support diversity & celebrate culture. We'll continue to expand these partnerships, and empower our employee resource groups to also help us do this.
Learning & Development programs: In 2018, DENSO launched D&I training programs for our leadership and is committed to expanding them to all employees across the organization. This takes time, but we're committed to putting this work in.
