About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Channel Partnerships to enable Rula’s Partnership’s team to develop meaningful relationships with Healthcare Advisors (ie, producers, consultants and brokers) and understand/solve critical mental health access and quality needs through a partnership with Rula.

In this critical position, you will work closely with our Advisory partners (e.g., Brokers, Consultants) to promote and advocate for our innovative approach to making mental healthcare work for everyone. By joining us, you will play an ownership role in continuously building trust while advancing and deepening these foundational partnerships, ultimately helping these companies improve mental health access and engagement for their constituents and enhance the well-being of thousands of individuals. Required Qualifications
Sales / sales quota experience
Producer experience either directly or working with them or selling into them
Account planning experience
Healthcare consulting/deck generation and analysis
Strong understanding of benefit sales

Sold into advisory (exposure to payer business models and economics)
Sold insurance into employers or was a Producer.Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth
Consulting or similar role where being strategic was core competency (market insight, financial acumen, innovation and creativity)
