About the Role
At Rula, we recognize the significance of mental health and aim to revolutionize mental healthcare delivery. The Director of Clinical Operations will play a pivotal role in building new processes and programs that have a direct and immediate impact on patient care. This role will serve as the operational partner to our clinical leaders. With their expertise, you’ll build and scale a robust provider quality management system, launch and measure quality initiatives, and establish other core functions within our Clinical Quality lane. You will have a seat at the table with executive leaders, executing a critical piece of our company strategy and reshaping mental healthcare in our country.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing OKRs and developing programs in operational roles
At least 2 years managing a team of 2+ individuals at a high-growth startup
A proven track record of making data-driven decisions
Experience developing repeatable processes and optimizing workflows for core quality activities such as coaching and peer review
Proven ability to distill complex ideas into clear recommendations and actions
Experience leading cross-functional projects

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
Experience working in healthcare or with clinicians
Experience developing A/B tests or running pilots
Demonstrated experience taking operations from incubation to scale
Strong communicator that can help translate clinical requirements into business needs and goals
