Provider Marketing Lead (Remote)

About the Role

Access to a high quality, available, in-network clinician is one of the biggest barriers to getting mental health care. Meanwhile, mental health professionals are struggling: they’re feeling underpaid, overworked, and/or isolated. In this role, you’ll help grow and engage our growing provider network by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that brings to life why Rula is the best place for high-quality providers to practice and see clients. You’ll use a combination of online and offline channels to drive demand and lead generation, as well as work with sales and customer success to nurture prospects into active members of our network. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of success marketing to SMBs or individual entrepreneurs, collaborating with sales/account management teams, making data-driven decisions, and crafting compelling content.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing focused on growth, community, and/or brand

  • 2+ years of people management experience

  • Previous experience building and overseeing marketing budgets, allocating resources to high-impact channels and campaigns

  • ​​Deep understanding of organic and paid user funnels, with experience owning programs that directly drive acquisition

  • Proven track record of working effectively with sales and account management teams

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a preference for an understanding of marketplace business dynamics

  • Experience with recruitment marketing and/or employer branding

  • Previous experience building or managing a referral program

  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and adept at using data for campaign optimization
