Position SummaryWe are seeking a Contract Administrator to provide comprehensive support for Operations and Technology contracts. This role is essential in ensuring contract execution aligns with policies, legal requirements, and governmental provisions. The Contract Administrator will address issues, minimize delays, assist with audits, facilitate dispute resolution, and escalate concerns as needed. This position offers the opportunity to leverage research, organizational, and analytical skills in a dynamic environment.Qualifications• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or five years of experience in contract administration; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.• Technical Skills: Familiarity with procure-to-pay solutions like SAP Ariba (handling contracts, requisitions, invoices, purchase orders, and custom reports).• Software Proficiency: Proficient in the MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present actionable insights and collaborate across all organizational levels.• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Essential Functions and Responsibilities• Act as the primary liaison between legal, procurement, senior management, and key stakeholders in the contract preparation process for Operations and Technology vendors and clients.• Serve as the main point of contact for internal customers regarding contractual matters.• Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including:• Contract execution and filing• Onboarding contracts and tracking abstraction issues• Analyzing contract documentation• Monitoring progress and status of pending contracts• Managing the contract lifecycle• Assist in creating and implementing systems and documentation to enhance departmental efficiency, including spreadsheets, forms, checklists, workflows, and databases.• Report on contract metrics as required by management.• Review purchase order details to ensure consistency with contractual agreements.• Monitor contract performance for compliance and determine the need for amendments or extensions.• Track costs throughout the contract lifecycle.• Proactively engage with team members at various levels within the Operations and Technology department, assisting with contract inquiries.Benefits InfoPride Global offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
