The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, performance management, and employee relations, with a passion for supporting and coaching managers at all stages.RESPONSIBILITIES:Performance Management:Coach managers through all stages of performance management to enhance employee productivity and engagement.Employee Relations:Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with HR policies and fostering a positive workplace environment.HR Policies Administration:Administer HR policies and procedures covering multiple functional areas, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.Data Analysis:Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, make recommendations, and support decision-making processes.Paperwork Processing:Handle paperwork related to HR functions in accordance with established procedures.Internal Communications:Prepare internal communications regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies.General Support:Assist with ad hoc tasks and general employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management and employee relations.Proven track record in people management (2 - 4 years)Familiarity with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
