Data Privacy and Tech Transactions Counsel (contract)

Title: Data Privacy & Tech Transactions Counsel (contract)Location: Remote (US based)Type: Contract, with potential to convert FTEWeekly Pay: $3,200-3,500 weeklyOur client, a leader in the intersection of parking solutions and technology, is currently seeking an attorney with a background in data privacy law and technology-focused contracts. You'll work closely with company leaders and external stakeholders, advising on data privacy laws and compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and draft, review, and negotiate a variety of tech and procurement transactions, including SaaS agreements, IP licensing agreements, software licensing agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and MSAs, among others. Ideal candidates will have roughly 6-10 years' experience, including both law firm and in-house.This is a REMOTE (US based) contract opportunity that will have the strong opportunity to convert full-time with the company down the line.
