Temporary Contract Administrator (1-month project)

Contract Length: ~1 month Hourly Pay Rate: $40-65/hour DOE Our client, a global technology and planning company, is seeking a contract administrator for a short-term, one month project. Candidates must have no less than 5 years' experience analyzing and issue spotting within contracts and managing contract databases. In this role, you'll assist in uploading a high volume of contracts to the company's CLM system, as well as review each contract to identify and confirm various terms and conditions, deadlines, clauses, etc. You will be reviewing contracts including, but not limited to, SaaS agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, MSAs, NDAs, talent agreements, consulting agreements, production agreements, e-commerce agreements, and the like. This is a fully remote position with the expectation of around 30 hours per week with a late July/early August start date. If this description fits you and you're immediately available, apply below! Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree. • Minimum 5 years' experience as a contract paralegal, contract administrator, or contract manager in an in-house position. • Experience reviewing and analyzing contracts, specifically marketing agreements and technology agreements. • Ability to review dozens of contracts on a daily basis, with proven ability to work both accurately and swiftly. • Experience managing contract database systems, including uploading and organizing. • Experience with Coupa a plus. • Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to start immediately
