Marketing Coordinator

What are we looking for in our Marketing Coordinator ?Our client, a retail company out of Reynoldsburg, OH, is looking for a hybrid Traffic Specialist / Marketing Coordinator).Rate Range: $20- $23.50/hour W2, Depending on experienceJob Description• Manage multiple calendars and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient project completion• Schedule cross functional meetings for the campaign team• Create, capture, and publish clear agendas, recaps, campain decks as assigned• Track and document action items for accurate deliverables• Refine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance speed and quality of delivery, standardizing processes for cross-discipline and cross-functional collaboration• Coordinate and help maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignment• Regularly attend and participate in process meetings• Leverage on-going learnings to evolve process efficiency for Marketing and Cross-Functional partners• Collaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects and resolve timing or workload concerns• Support department leadership with special projects as requiredJOB REQUIREMENTS:• 1+ years of experience with a Bachelors or Associate degree• Experience managing projects and timelines• Experience with Workfront preferredPride Global offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
