Trade Compliance Manager

Our client who is an investment management firm is looking to fill a position on thier portfolio and trading compliance team. This role is responsible for monitoring current holdings and daily trading activity, will be a compliance guidelines subject matter expert, and repsonsible for all releveant regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will have experience with foreign regulations, a solid understanding of capital markets, working experience with equity instruments, guideline coding experience, and will have the ability to operate in both a transactional and strategic way.Responsibilities:• Daily monitoring of equity portfolio guidelines and restrictions• New account set up and guideline coding• Work closely with portfolio managers and traders to help resolve questions related to trade activity• Prepare client reporting for clients and internal stakeholdersRequirements:• Bachelor's degree• 3-5 years of experience within compliance• Guideline codingAditional infomration:• Hybrid Schedule• Competitive compensation ($110,000-$130,000) + generous beenfits package
