Data Analyst (Program Evaluation Specialist)

Rutgers University is seeking an experienced Program Evaluation Specialist (Data Analyst) to join our team. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with stakeholders from various departments and present complex data in a simple, meaningful way.The Program Evaluation Specialist is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to improve program and organizational performance. This position requires a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
