The RXR platform manages 93 commercial real estate properties and investments with an aggregate gross asset value of approximately $18 billion, comprising approximately 30.5 million square feet of commercial properties, a multi-family residential portfolio of approximately 9,400 units under operation or development, and control of development rights for an additional approximately 3,000 multi-family and for sale units as of December 31, 2023. Gross asset value compiled by RXR in accordance with company fair value measurement policy and is comprised of capital invested by RXR and its partners, as well as leverage.
Responsible for lease abstracting and dissemination of all leasing documents, preparation of all lease memos, lease reports, and database management as for a specific portfolio of commercial assets as discussed below.
Responsibilities - Coordinate “Deal Closing Process”:
-Prepare and send accurate and well composed LCD/RCD notice to tenants
-Distribute lease documents and prepare Lease Memos for NYC properties.
-Update Leasing Status Report upon deal closing and on a monthly basis.
-Update Stacking Plans, and lease options for all NYC, and suburban commercial properties.
-Responsible for tracking all Tenant/Landlord notices, including options (i.e. renewals/expansions/right of first offer/termination).
-Update CoStar, VTS and other listing services upon deal closing.
-Ensure that Plan Data, and internal floor plans are being updated in a timely and accurate manor.
-Verify and process all commission payments in addition to helping to maintain commissions payable ledger
- Coordinate Lease Expiration process with Accounting, Leasing and Building Management (i.e. close out forms/holdover forms) and maintain monthly holdover schedule
- Review invoices pertaining to leasing/review general ledger in coordination with Asset Management
- Participate in Staff Meetings and Leasing meetings where applicable
- Participate in the ongoing organization and implementation of the Business Plan and quarterly reporting.
- Audit and verify information in various platform including Prophia, VTS, Yardi
- Prepare detailed reports for individual asset updates and roll up for the entire portfolio
- Participate in the leasing process and assist in gathering appropriate tools during the transaction process.
- Monitor progress of transaction and continually update and audit all deal status in VTS
- Assist in the preparation of the bi-weekly leasing call. Make sure all metrics are correct and in presentation form.
- Maintain and organize the leasing data bank. This includes tracking, inputting, verifying and triangulation of all comps and TIMS, market reports, special projects either prepared internally or from external sources.
- Maintain, audit and update CoStar data
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for corporate reporting
- Update and help maintain information on building websites

Experience & Education - Bachelors Degree required
- 2-4 years in a lease administrative role.
$50,000 - $60,000 a year
Bonus eligible.
