(https://ryder.com/job-applicant-privacy-policy)_SummaryThe HR Compliance Specialist will support functional areas of Employee Services as assigned, including but not limited to: OFCCP/AAP reporting; I-9 compliance; Pre-employment services; Unemployment Insurance claims; Immigration Services; Leave Administration; Workplace Accommodations; Drug and Alcohol program; HR regulatory compliance; compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and HR knowledge administration. Employee Services Analyst ensures adherence to the established policies and procedures, and established governance process.REMOTE work from HOMEEssential Functions• Experience completing Federal and State reporting requirements. (VETS 4212, EEO1, etc.)• Experience with creating and managing OFCCP Affirmative Action Program (AAP) plans• Overall accountability for the functional area(s) assigned and relevant project execution. Manage the scope and schedule for assigned projects and programs; engage needed resources; establish timelines, deliverables, tasks, identifying inter-dependencies with internal and extern stakeholders to ensure strategic goals and deadlines are met.• Conducts compliance audits, analyzes results and generates reports for relevant functional areas, and potential policy recommendations to appropriate departments.• Red flags any potential non-compliant issues to management, determines the root cause, and applies experience and judgment to find resolution.• Continuous improvement of functional operations and knowledge content through the review and feedback process to resolve issues or accessibility concerns leading to improved support.• Work closely with Workday and ServiceNow administration teams on review and maintenance of the content, business processes, and other relevant areas.Additional Responsibilities• Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience• Three (3) years or more experience in related field (i.e. HR, compliance legal, audit)• HR Compliance and reporting• OFCCP/ AAP Compliance and Reporting• Knowledge of Canadian labor laws a plus.Travel: 10-20%Applicants from California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York City, and Washington:Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; marketdata/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees orcertifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $70KRyder offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits, to include medical,prescription, dental, vision, life insurance and disability insurance options, as well as paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family and parental leave, and a tax advantaged 401(k) retirement savings planJob Category: HR ComplianceRyder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
