**Overview:**We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team! As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) applications, including time & attendance and HCM programs. This is a remote work opportunity that requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Responsibilities:**• Develop, maintain, and support custom pay rule configurations, reports, and queries for union and non-union environments using various time & attendance systems, Workday HCM technology, and additional tools. * Conduct analysis, prepare business requirements specifications, design, plan, implement, and enhance HRIS system modifications and enhancements. * Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving problems, performing scheduled activities, and recommending solutions or alternate methods. * Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:**• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, or related field. * 3 years or more experience in HRIS systems, preferably in Workday HCM system and Infor/WFM. * Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. * Advanced skills in Cognos reporting and Apache Groovy programming. * Intermediate skills in Workday HCM and Infor/WFM systems. **Benefits:**• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000. * Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options. * Paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family, and parental leave. * Tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan. * Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible work environment
