As an NMSDC certified MBE, Diversity and Inclusion has always been important to Pyramid Consulting. In 2019 we launched Intentionally Inclusive™, a business imperative and consulting service aimed at helping our clients take direct actions that can increase diversity in both their contingent and fulltime workforce.
GenSpark, Recruit:IN and Belong:IN are products of our Intentionally Inclusive™ initiative.
1) GenSpark
GenSpark is our in-house training program created to close the opportunity gap for diverse and underrepresented minorities in technology disciplines through training and career deployment:

Our instructors teach at our facilities in Atlanta, GA, and virtually via one-on-one sessions. GenSpark trains in all the current leading technologies, including:
2) Recruit:IN
Pyramid Consulting has another program focused on helping our clients take measurable action to increase their contingent workforce diversity. Recruit:IN targets experienced diverse talent.
* This program includes a 40-hour diversity recruiter certification training.
* It involves the creation of a recruiting team that utilizes tools, documented process and search methodology to improve searches and remove bias using AI to identify diverse talent.
For sourcing diverse candidates, we collaborate closely with ITSMF (African American Leaders in IT), HITEC (Hispanic Technology Council), Recruit Military, NSBE (National Society for Black Engineers); BDPA (Black Data Processing Association); Women in Technology, LGBTQ organizations, and YearUp, among other organizations. Our GenSpark (described above) addresses workplace diversity gaps by consciously selecting candidates from a pool of ethnically and economically diverse backgrounds.
3) Belong:IN
We have a formal program that promotes diversity in our workforce. Pyramid Consulting has launched Belong:IN, the staffing industry's first ERG program for consultants. Pyramid Consulting strives to represent the gold standard in consultant care, and with the launch of resource groups to support our Black, African American, Asian American, Pacific Islander, Latinx, Women, LGBTQ , Disabled, Neurodiverse, and Veteran consultants, we are advancing an inclusive community.
The Belong:IN program aspires to provide our consultants and corporate employees with resource groups and opportunities to connect with other like-minded individuals outside of their core areas of work while encouraging a sense of belonging. Our Intentionally Inclusive™ approach with Belong:IN transforms consultant care in providing a sense of belonging while a consultant is on assignment and even months after to keep them connected, ensuring we retain a diverse talent population and provide a more positive experience for our consultants and clients.
