Account Manager

SaaS Academy is looking for an Account Manager to oversee client journeys and create unforgettable experiences. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, innovative, and enthusiastic about personal and collective growth.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tech and SaaS topics
Ability to work independently with self-motivation and accountability
Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

Oversee client journey and optimize time to onboard, activate, and engage in community groups
Drive renewal process and manage client renewals
Schedule and conduct annual vision calls and strategic growth planning for new clients
Connect with clients through various channels to ensure engagement and support

Education

At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success equivalent
