We are a startup company that raised $130k in our pre-seed round. We built an MVP that excited our community and allowed us to obtain critical feedback to help guide our next steps. Now we are expanding our team to create the next version of the app , while driving the company to new heights. We expect to raise our seed round in months, and establish our Discord community within weeks.

About the Role

You are passionate about visual problem-solving and have a deep empathy for users and a knack for clean, intuitive design, right? As a UX/UI Designer at Sadaora, you’ll be hands-on in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our platform. From early discovery to final pixel-perfect designs, you’ll own the user experience across web and mobile interfaces—balancing user needs, product goals, and brand integrity.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, iteration, and bringing ideas to life. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to solve complex design challenges and craft delightful user journeys. Your Tasks:

  • Translate product requirements into intuitive, elegant user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of our design system and visual language.
  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and UX best practices across the organization.
  • Continuously iterate based on feedback, testing, and performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a UX, UI, or Product Designer with a strong digital portfolio.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, etc.).
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces and mobile-first experiences.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/React concepts is a plus).
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, and branding.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Comfort working in an agile, fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working on SaaS platforms or design for B2B/B2C products.
  • Background in motion design, illustration, or brand design.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Contributions to open source, design communities, or a personal design blog.

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 / year

Equity: 0.1% – 0.7%

We are actively securing growth funding while preparing for our public launch in summer of 2025, when user-driven revenue begins. At that time, this role will transition into a full-time salaried position within the stated annual range. Until then, compensation will be deferred
