Production Manager

We are looking to recruit a skilled Production Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for the successful delivery of all elements of learning programs that are tailored to our customers’ contractual entitlements. This is a customer-facing role that involves close collaboration with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and the Creative and Production teams that create, edit, and ensure the quality of the work. 


Key Responsibilities: 

•           Maintain positive, productive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams;

•           Become an expert on all SAI360 products, services solutions, project types, and project workflows;

•           Lead project kickoff calls in which requirements and timelines are discussed in detail and will enable completion of the project intake form;

•           Conduct an analysis of each project’s needs and develop a plan and timeline that meets them;

•           Run project status, creative, retrospective, and other meetings with clients and internal teams;

•           Know the budget, forecast resource needs and expenses each month, and track and report on actual costs throughout the project;

•           Identify and communicate risks to the project budget, timeline, and requirements and work to mitigate them;

•           Deliver a completed project that meets time, cost, and quality criteria;

•           Work closely with Learning Product and Customer Success Managers to ensure that milestones are met by internal and external stakeholders;

•           Lead weekly/biweekly/monthly status meetings with clients and internal teams;

•           Scope change or add-on:

scope and price customer change or add-on product requests and initiatives;

finalize order and submit for sign-off, coordinating with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers;

communicate to customers.

•           Look for opportunities for improvement and work with Operations and others to implement those improvements.


Qualifications and Experience Required: 

•           Bachelor's degree is preferred or commensurate experience;

•           Extensive experience in a customer-facing and/or production role;

•           Proven success managing a high, concurrent volume of projects and priorities;

•           Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive);

•           Experience using Smartsheets or similar project management scheduling tools - Smartsheet Dashboard experience a plus;

•           The ideal candidate has experience in compliance, ethics, and/or governance industry, or EdTech.


Interpersonal Skills: 

•           Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required; must be able to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams;

•           Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in tight timeframes, while maintaining accuracy, quality and on budget;

•           Ability to foster successful partnerships and excellent working relationships with internal teams (customer success, product development, operations, as well as vendors and contractors);

•           Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both within a team and independently, to accomplish responsibilities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
