NOTE: This is a Fully Remote / Work from Home position.Job Description:• Design, plan, and integrate cloud computing and virtualization systems.• Identify, evaluate, and implement tools and services for the most efficient solution to enhance capabilities of cloud-based and virtualized services and meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.• Develop and conduct testing of cloud and virtualization systems.• Maintain subject matter expertise in Azure industry standards and in related cloud computing and virtualization technologies such as cloud service provider architecture, design, and configuration; cloud deployment models including public, community, private, and hybrid; cloud service delivery models including infrastructure-, platform-, and software-as-a-service; automation; hypervisors; containers; virtual compute, storage, and networks; virtual infrastructure management; self-provisioning; and scaling.• Research and evaluate technical capabilities and new security tools and products against operational requirements and introduces them to the enterprise in alignment with C1 strategy, and roadmap to assure the availability, the offensive and defensive capability design and troubleshoot and problem solve technical and non-technical issues.• Work independently or as part of a team in a virtualized Azure cloud environment via both graphical (Azure Portal) and command-line interfaces (Powershell, CloudShell, Red Hat Linux, Windows Server Core).QualificationsRequired Education And Experience:• Bachelors and five (5) years of related experience; four (4) years of related experience in lieu of degree.• Familiarity with SQL, specifically SSIS packages and SQL DBs PAAS.• Experience with Cloud Migration initiatives, tools, and processes.• Experience using Government, Risk Compliance (GRC) tools (i.e. Cyber Security Assessment and Management (CSAM), eMASS, XACTA, etc.)• Experience working in an Azure Cloud Computing environment using various deployments and platforms.• Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), After-Action Reports, and Policy and Procedure documents.• Experience documenting security controls in a System Security Plan (SSP) and how the controls are being implemented.• Knowledge of Authority to Operate (ATO) packages for both on-premises, preferably in Cloud environments• Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Product as a Service (PaaS), or Software as Service (SaaS) in an Authority to Operate (ATO) packages• Familiar with Risk Management Framework (RMF), Cloud Security Requirements Guide (SRG), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guides, and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)• Understanding of the DOD requirements for the Network Topology, System Security Boundary, and Data Flow DiagramsRequired Certification:• Must have a current Azure certification• AWS Certification (preferred)Required Security Clearance:• Must have a secret clearance on first day of employment.Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
