Job Description Performs Operational Support tasks for the 18G FST. Job Responsibilities • Audits available data, identifies deficiencies, manages data, researches data sources for program supportability data and submits findings to the Government. • Provide assistance in planning and organizing a project and its resources. • Consolidate, arrange/initiate, track, and coordinate team meetings, publish agendas, record and distribute minutes for team meetings, maintain the team calendar, and consolidate and prepare reports for weekly/monthly significant events. Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE • Bachelor’s degree and zero (0) years or more of related experience or equivalent. Experience in lieu of the degree will be accepted • Prior military experience • Knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Microsoft Project) including word-processing, presentation, and spreadsheet and integrated software applications • Excellent communication skills; inter-personal; organizational and detail-oriented • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment. • Able to prioritize and manage multiple project assignments. • Interim secret clearance required to start with ability to obtain a secret clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process. Desired Experience • Familiar with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2D) SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
