The team you'll be part of
Customer Experience (CX)
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing a deep understanding of local markets for our customers, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
Education Recommendations
Currently a candidate for a bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Data Analytics program with an accredited school in the US.
What you will learn and contribute to
There is a digital divide in which many Americans lack access to high-speed Internet. Many areas have been designated as unserved and underserved. This position is for a sales data analyst that will work closely with the US Regional sales team and the Government Directed Broadband Initiatives (GDBI) team to assist with closing the digital divide. In this role, the individual will help track government programs related to rural broadband funding, and in particular, the individual will analyze customer leads, track customer interactions, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The analyst will help create reports to support the sales leadership in visualizing the data by developing a dashboard.
