We will count on you to:

  • Support two sales leaders in daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation and/or review of presentations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are being met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales team and other departments within the organization.
  • Manage and maintain the Sales team's customer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in a sales support role or executive assistant position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working in an executive assistant or sales support position within the insurance industry.
  • Experience with a CRM software.
