Sales Associate

We are a growth, result and detail-oriented wealth management team looking for an individual who is committed to long term success, achievement and helping people!

Responsibilities will initially include:

  • Outbound calls to warm prospects to discuss their benefit options
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
  • Set up appointments with the appropriate advisor on the team
  • Use scripts to provide information regarding the clients benefits and what we can provide
  • Obtain facts from the prospective clients to better direct and assist
  • Record & document information and notes in client management system (salesforce)

We are looking for an individual with the following traits:

  • Experienced in life insurance and salesforce

  • Enjoys being a part of a team

Our Take:

Unlike most sales roles, this features a strong base salary plus a high bonus potential. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to generate sales either by calling warm prospects or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. This person has a direct role in our team’s success and the revenue generated. There is potential for higher compensation based on results and a growth track to becoming a successful financial planner. We will work with this individual to obtain the industry required licenses and training. This person must have strong customer service skills, be friendly and understand the client’s needs in a short amount of time.

Experience:

  • At least one-year industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred associate degree required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office required (excel/word/outlook)
  • Salesforce CRM experience ideal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Compensation Structure:

  • Quota to source $50,000 of revenue (GDC) for our team each quarter.
  • Anything achieved over $50,000, a 10% bonus will be granted. (i.e. 70K was sourced that quarter, 10% of 20K will be granted).
  • Sourcing = connecting the prospect with a planner on our team and business results from it.
