Sales Center Representative

Are you a master of the phone? Do you have the gift of gab and the ability to build relationships with just a few words? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking two talented and enthusiastic Sales Center Representatives to join our dynamic team.

At Sunstate Equipment we know that we are the company and people our customers depend on. As a Sales Center Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging potential customers over the phone and showcasing our exceptional products and services. This is a remote position, offering two work-from-home days per week and one week of remote work every month.

Responsibilities:

  • Use your exceptional phone skills to initiate outbound sales calls utilizing CRM while engaging potential customers and generating new leads.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities, effectively articulating the unique value propositions of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals, continuously striving to improve and achieve excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in a phone-based role.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers over the phone.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and driving sales success.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing remote work tools effectively.
