Position Details:

What is ArborXR:

ArborXR is device management for AR & VR (XR) devices. Our products and services make setup, use and management of XR headsets and content simple. We enable organizations to work, learn, train or have other great experiences in VR/MR/AR at scale. We are a fully remote company with ~45 employees that have been working for 6 years to solve one of the most difficult problems preventing XR from scaling.

About the Role:

This is not a typical SDR Role. You will be focused on giving amazing product demos to qualified clients as opposed to mostly outbound or qualifying related initiatives.

We are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative with ArborXR, you will play a key role in ensuring that prospects and customers understand the functionality and value of our product, then sign up for an account. This is a fully-remote position with a high degree of collaboration and independence. Daily responsibilities will include demonstrating our product to leads, updating our CRM with all activities, and reporting to leadership any prospects that require additional levels of communication. The SDR will also be integral in discovering and communicating customer needs and suggested product improvements to the team.

You’re good at:

  • Establishing trust and credibility immediately
  • Managing your time efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Details and being meticulous in your notes
  • Working directly with clients
  • Proactively communicating with a remote team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your inbound lead flow and show our prospects how to use our product via interactive Zoom meetings
  • Become an expert in ArborXR and educate prospects on the use and benefits of our products and services
  • Identify gaps in our product that impact the success of our customers
  • Work closely with our Sales and Marketing Teams to identify inbound lead trends
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships so that they become our advocates and increase our brand awareness and a sense of community
  • Report activity daily to the Sales Director and other leadership as needed

Requirements

You must live in the US or Canada

The following experience and skill sets are relevant to us:


  • Previous sales experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy and have experience showcasing software according to the specific needs of the customer
  • Competitively motivated to win deals and drive business growth
  • A curiosity and desire to constantly be learning
  • Experience working with CRMs like Hubspot
