Sales Development Representative (Remote)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Fuel Cycle, you will play a key role in outbound prospecting and building sales pipelines. You will be responsible for conducting exploratory conversations with prospects and building rapport within the market research communities. Where You'll Make An Impact:

  • Source new business sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Manage inbound Leads from marketing programs within SLA’s (Inbound about 20% of activity)
  • Knowledge of sales tools such as SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav (or Similar tools to these)
  • Research accounts, identify key players, outbound prospect to generate interest
  • Team with Account Executives to build pipeline.
  • Maintain database of prospects in assigned territory within CRM
  • Work closely with other SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Ops, and Marketing to implement appropriate prospect communications
  • Listen to, interview prospective customers, and effectively communicate their needs and requirements
  • Conduct 60+ outbound calls/day to targeted prospects and warm leads.
  • Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology
  • Develop qualified sales opportunities and set demo appointments for Sales Executives
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, demos, and appointments

You'll Be Successful If You Have:

  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 1 - 2 years of SDR or progressive outbound sales experience, software, or enterprise sales a plus
  • Passion for technology and a technical aptitude to master sales stack tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • A keenly developed competitive nature
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM a plus
  • A winning attitude
