Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Apperio is a VC-backed, SaaS platform to intelligently monitor, measure and manage vital information, communication and activity between in-house legal teams and their Law Firms.

We sit at the heart of a two-sided network. On one side are Apperio’s corporate customers, on the other their law firms. Using Apperio, law firms are able to share time entry data with their clients in real time. Clients gain unprecedented visibility over billed and unbilled activity, a truly radical level of transparency that elevates the trust between corporations and their law firms.

Apperio is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a very fast growing team in London and become an integral part of the Sales function.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

  • Account mapping and researching potential accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Sourcing qualified contacts based on persona outreach
  • Leveraging tools to prioritise account outreach
  • Leveraging various cold outreach techniques (calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Building customised sequences and messaging based on ideal personas
  • Setting meetings and running qualification calls to generate pipeline for sales team

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is entrepreneurial and is happy to create the process, not someone that needs an existing process to succeed. We don’t have everything figured out, and we want someone who thrives in bringing solutions to problems.
  • Has proven success in achieving and exceeding targets previously is a big plus.
  • Is career driven, motivated by achievement.
  • Loves to learn and is constantly seeking out new avenues to expand their horizons.
  • Has extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is curious - someone will seek out information on Apperio’s product, their customers & the SDR profession in general. We want you to be comfortable experimenting with new processes, ideas, and projects, constantly trying to get 1% better.
  • Is creative when solving problems.
