The role

Clockwise is looking for our founding Sales Development Representative to help our team grow and deepen our relationships with the thousands of organizations that already use and love our product. We're looking for someone with a track record of success in an SDR role who loves the high energy work of business development. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is motivated to help build the next great PLG sales motion and the process that will be used by the team into the future as we scale.

What you'll do

  • Prioritize and reach out to organizations and educate them about the value of Clockwise
  • Generate new sales opportunities for the AE team
  • Help define our inbound and PQL sales motions
  • Test messaging and outreach techniques with a goal of helping prospective customers understand the problems we can help them solve
  • Partner with the AE team to develop SDR & AE workflows
  • Share feedback with the marketing & product teams on effective messaging & customer needs

About you

  • You have 1-2 years of sales experience in a high growth company or equivalent relevant experience
  • You are motivated and have a track record of success against your goals
  • You are a strong communicator with great business acumen
  • You seek coaching opportunities and strive to constantly improve
  • You are organized and value the role technology plays in enhancing productivity
  • You are passionate about Clockwise's mission to help the world's professionals make time for what matters
