Join us, and let's rework the workday. The role Clockwise is looking for a passionate demand generation marketer to drive our ambitious marketing pipeline and revenue goals. As a founding member of the Growth Marketing team at Clockwise, you'll have a unique opportunity to own and execute impactful B2B and account-based marketing strategies for a category-defining product. What you'll do Own the strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns to hit marketing pipeline and revenue goals. Build demand programs from the ground up: Everything from ideation, prioritization, execution & optimization across owned and paid channels (email, blog, webinars, social, and advertising channels). Develop and maintain regular reporting on campaign performance and marketing pipeline forecasts. Partner closely with Sales to prioritize programs, optimize sales outreach, and collect feedback on campaigns to improve ongoing performance. Work with key collaborators on the Marketing team to both create campaign materials and launch them to the target audience. Develop a deep understanding of the buyer journey, including funnel metrics, lead scoring, personas, audience development, and lifecycle marketing strategies. About you 4 years of demand generation experience at high-growth SaaS companies You're eager to define and execute a demand generation strategy--from opportunity sizing, forecasting, budgeting, planning, to launch and optimization. You're customer-centric--audience insights fuel your strategy and how you execute on it. You're entrepreneurial--you don't shy away from something that's never been done before. You embrace the opportunity to learn and get your hands dirty. You are a close partner to sales, working in tight coordination to hit pipeline and revenue targets You're data-driven and capable of building your own reports in Hubspot or Salesforce. You have a proven track record of driving key business metrics and impactful enterprise demand generation campaigns.
