We are looking for a Sales Director with a proven track record in Healthcare and digital health solutions, to join our US Healthcare team and build Huma’s Hospital @ Home business across the US. This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale Huma’s business.

Your Mission
  • Build the sales strategy to launch and grow Huma’s Hospital @ Home offering in the US market - respiratory or cardiology or kidney
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline to deliver on growth goals i.e., reference cases, patient lives impacted and revenue
  • Provide unmatched experience for prospects and customers
  • Build processes to rapidly scale proven models / reference cases
  • Help to shape all aspects of the business in collaboration with marketing, clinical & operations e.g., product market fit, business model innovation, competitive intel, KOL engagement, pricing, patient & provider engagement etc.
  • Maintain existing, and build new relationships with key stakeholders across the US Healthcare Sector
  • Act as a strong contributor to the broader Huma business e.g., fostering Huma culture.
  • Grow a healthy pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy and opportunity progression
  • Drive contract negotiations with customers, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriate
From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have
  • 10+ years sales experience to healthcare providers i.e., hospitals, IDNs, specialty clinics / practices
  • 1-3 years sales experience digital health or health-tech, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS or selling new technology in new market
  • Deep knowledge of the US healthcare landscape and digital innovation in healthcare ideally in specific disease states
  • Strong sales acumen - naturally energized by delivering a contract and revenue target
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
It’s great, if you have
  • Previously sold Hospital @ Home Solutions into the US / healthcare providers
  • Proven sales experience with SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of and experience with CRM tools/platforms and ability to utilize the CRM tool provided to manage contacts and opportunities
