Location: US Remote

Role responsibilities include:

  • Your role as Sales Enablement Manager will be to lead sales enablement initiatives including, but not limited to:
    • Defining a baseline of current content
    • Consistently performing an analysis of current skills, processes, and knowledge gaps by working with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing, Implementation, Sales Operations and HR
    • Creating and maintaining content for learning sequences that map to new hire onboarding, product/feature focus, channel partnerships, vertical focus, and sales cycle stages to increase conversion rates at each stage
    • Administrating and maintaining a delivery and testing tool to enhance sales team performance for all members of the BlueVoyant Sales Organization, BlueVoyant client facing teams and BlueVoyant partner sales representatives
    • Working with Sales Operations and Marketing to develop communication paths utilizing a multi-channel outreach platform to be used by the BlueVoyant Sales Organization
  • To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience creating and implementing successful sales process/methodology/ sales playbook initiatives, in addition to experience building effective field sales on-boarding and sales training programs.
  • You will use your communication skills to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal contacts across every part of the organization. This position requires an intuitive and competent person that is able to recognize and leverage the strengths of fellow employees to maximize results.

Other responsibilities:

  • Lead BlueVoyant’s global strategy for sales enablement, resulting in productivity gains and successful outcomes for our sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams.
    • Build upon the foundation that we’ve built by leveraging MEDDPICC
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of BlueVoyant’s go-to-market strategy and key sales metrics and create an enablement strategy that accelerates the execution of the plan to increase pipeline and bookings.
    • In collaboration with the key stakeholders, own the planning and execution of annual sales kickoff meetings, global sales and technical enablement meetings, and other readiness and enablement events.
    • Manage stakeholders cross-functionally to design and deliver an aligned Enablement plan.
    • Achieve high-quality standards and customer satisfaction scores on delivered programs
    • Manage a blended learning model to include classroom, webinars, self-paced, and event-based training, leveraging conventional and new learning technologies.
    • Provide support, coaching and inspection of opportunity management, pipeline management and forecasting.
    • Manage and take an active part in delivering sales enablement webinars.
    • Work with product marketing to ensure that all Sales Reps and Sales Engineers are enabled and ‘customer ready’ in terms of product, solution knowledge, and competitive differentiators.
    • Run regular reviews with BlueVoyant sales leaders on the success of Sales Productivity and work with them to continuously refine and improve programs to address skills and knowledge gaps.
    • Manage mentor program for new hires as well as existing employees.
    • Create training content for internal as well as channel partner sellers and technical sellers

Qualifications:

  • Educational Outlook: Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified and organized way.
  • Analytical Analysis: Analyze large sets of data to review trends and make changes as needed.
  • Project Management: You must be able to define, plan and work with others to execute training programs for a wide range of business problems.
  • Communication: Since the success of this role relies on a large number of people, it requires communication that takes place clearly and often.
  • Dedication: You must be dedicated to getting the job done and driving results.

Preferred Competencies:

  • 5+ years of experience creating and delivering sales enablement content
  • Experience administrating a learning management system
  • Experience with video and content editing software
  • Experience with a cyber security Ffrm or similar field
  • Knowledge of the networking, security, and software sales market
  • A passion for winning, a strong aptitude for sales strategy
  • A highly motivated, competitive, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Experience with a multi-channel outreach tool
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Strong experience with MS Office applications
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging and professional presentations
  • College Degree from an accredited university
