Hands on training:

We have some of the highest producing agents and managers in the country in our office, and we offer daily training not only in a classroom-type setting, but also directly with agents 1-1 and in the field so we can ensure their success.

We have full comprehensive training on our benefit packages, industry compliance, proven sales techniques/objection training, and referral networking just to name a few.

*2nd Year Agent $100K + Residual (Top agents $275K + Residual)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
